PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY SERVICE

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

Smart home repair starts with the whole property.

Stonehall diagnoses unreliable Wi-Fi, cameras, home theater, controls, water protection, and inherited systems—even when someone else installed them.

A Stonehall property technology diagnostic across connected home systems
Diagnose the property, not just the symptom.STONEHALL · LAS VEGAS

ONE PLACE TO BEGIN

The device showing the problem may not be the cause.

Connected systems share infrastructure. An unreliable camera may point to power or networking. A silent room may begin with control or signal routing. Stonehall traces those relationships before deciding what should stay, what needs work, and which provider should own the next step.

SERVICE PATHS

Start with the problem you can see.

01SMART HOME REPAIR

Property technology rescue

When several symptoms appear at once, Stonehall traces the shared network, power, control, account, and equipment dependencies before recommending work.

  • Controls or apps that stopped responding
  • Intermittent failures across several rooms
  • A system another company installed
02NEW OWNER REVIEW

Inherited smart-home system help

For a recently purchased or newly managed property, Stonehall maps visible equipment, tests owner-accessible functions, and separates faults from access or provider limitations.

  • Unknown controllers, racks, apps, or wiring
  • Unclear owner, installer, or provider access
  • A written starting point for next steps
03LEAK RESPONSE

Water protection planning

Stonehall reviews compatible leak sensors, notifications, and automatic shutoff control as one property response, then identifies the plumbing, power, network, and provider work required.

  • Whole-home leak detection
  • Compatible automatic water shutoff
  • Away-home alerts and periodic testing
04CAMERA HEALTH

Home camera repair and recording diagnosis

Stonehall checks accessible cameras, recorders, network paths, storage state, and owner viewing access without retaining footage or sensitive credentials.

  • Offline or intermittent cameras
  • Missing live view or recording status
  • Remote access that no longer works
05AUDIO + VIDEO

Home theater and audio repair

Stonehall follows the signal from source to display, speakers, control, and network so a visible symptom is not mistaken for the underlying fault.

  • No picture, sound, or reliable switching
  • Rooms or zones that fall out of sync
  • Remotes and control scenes that stopped working
06WI-FI + NETWORK

Home Wi-Fi and network repair

Stonehall evaluates the property network supporting cameras, entertainment, controls, and connected equipment—not only the device reporting the problem.

  • Coverage gaps and unstable connections
  • Devices that repeatedly disappear
  • Network changes that disrupted other systems

THE STONEHALL METHOD

A diagnosis you can act on.

  1. 01

    Start with the symptom

Tell us what changed, which areas matter, and what is already installed. You do not need to identify the failed component first.

  2. 02

    Trace the dependencies

We inspect accessible equipment, controls, network paths, power, accounts, and provider boundaries in the agreed areas.

  3. 03

    Separate findings from assumptions

Observed faults, access gaps, compatibility concerns, and unconfirmed conditions are recorded as different things.

  4. 04

    Coordinate the next move

Working equipment can stay. Repair, replacement, further investigation, or an appropriate provider handoff follows the diagnosis.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

The handoff is part of the answer.

Stonehall diagnoses and coordinates property technology within the agreed scope. Monitoring, dispatch, emergency response, permits, regulated alarm work, plumbing, electrical work, and life-safety services remain with properly qualified providers where required.

Access, parts, manufacturer support, concealed conditions, and programming rights can limit what is confirmed or resolved during an initial review. Those limits are documented plainly.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before Stonehall visits.

Can Stonehall work on a system installed by someone else?

Yes. Stonehall begins with the installed property and the access available to its owner. Some dealer-programmed, provider-controlled, obsolete, or unsupported equipment may require the original provider, a manufacturer, or replacement, and that boundary is documented rather than assumed.

Do I need to know which device is causing the problem?

No. Describe the symptom and where it appears. A camera, television, speaker, or app can be the place a shared network, power, control, or account problem becomes visible—not necessarily the cause.

Can Stonehall recover passwords or transfer every account?

No. Stonehall works only with owner-authorized access and does not promise password recovery, account transfer, or prior-user removal. The owner enters sensitive credentials whenever practical, and Stonehall does not retain passwords, alarm codes, camera links, or copied footage in its written records.

Does Stonehall provide emergency, monitoring, or regulated trade services?

No. Stonehall is not an emergency-response service. Monitoring, dispatch, permits, regulated alarm work, plumbing, electrical work, and life-safety services remain with properly qualified providers where required. Stonehall can define and coordinate compatible technology interfaces within an agreed scope.

Will every problem be fixed during the first visit?

Not necessarily. Access, parts, programming rights, concealed conditions, provider support, and the need for other trades can affect the path. The purpose of diagnosis is to leave the owner with a defensible next step, even when immediate resolution is not available.

FOR TRUSTED ADVISERS
