STONEHALL SUPPORT · LAS VEGAS

What needs attention?

Stonehall diagnoses and stabilizes unreliable Wi-Fi, cameras, smart-home controls, installed audio and video, and inherited systems—without assuming everything needs to be replaced.

NO DIAGNOSIS REQUIRED

Describe what changed. We’ll trace what connects it.

A clear symptom is enough to begin. Technical language and a complete equipment list are not required.

START WITH THE SYMPTOM

Begin with the moment it stopped feeling reliable.

A camera that went offline. Music that disappears between rooms. An inherited panel no one can explain. Tell us what changed; we’ll trace the systems behind it.

One contained issue usually begins with a Support Visit. Several systems, an inherited property, or an unclear root cause may be better suited to a Property Technology Review.

WHAT WE WORK ACROSS

Connected property systems, understood as a whole.

01

Network foundation

Wi-Fi, routers, access points, switching, hardwired connections, recurring dropouts, dead zones, and device connectivity.

02

Cameras & recording

Offline cameras and doorbells, missing recordings, alerts, image quality, remote access, recorders, power, and network connection.

03

Control, audio & video

Smart-home apps, hubs, bridges, scenes, routines, installed sound and video zones, streaming, remotes, and connected-device behavior.

04

Inherited & whole-property systems

Equipment inventories, incomplete handoffs, multi-system health, dependencies, documentation, training, risks, and a prioritized path forward.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT START

Two starting scopes. One clear next step.

STONEHALL SUPPORT VISIT

FOCUSED ISSUE

A focused on-site starting point for diagnosis, practical first-fix work, testing, and a concise visit summary.

What it creates

Diagnosis across the relevant connected path, practical stabilization where possible, testing, and a concise written summary of findings.

If more time or follow-up work would help, Stonehall explains the added scope and obtains approval before continuing.

PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY REVIEW

MULTI-SYSTEM

A broader review of connected systems, followed by written findings and a prioritized roadmap.

What it creates

An equipment inventory, system-level findings, risk and dependency notes, and a prioritized path forward for the property.

Stonehall confirms the recommended scope and timing before scheduling. Parts, replacement equipment, and follow-up work are discussed separately; nothing beyond the agreed visit proceeds without approval.

WHAT TO EXPECT

From a visible symptom to a clear system.

We review the request and confirm the recommended starting point and timing before scheduling.

  3. 03

    Diagnose

We trace the full connected path behind the symptom.

  4. 04

    Stabilize

We restore what is practical during the visit and test the result.

  5. 05

    Document

You receive the findings, work completed, and clear next steps.

REPAIR BEFORE REPLACEMENT

Replace only what cannot be restored.

Our first aim is to restore what is already there. If the current system cannot reliably support what you need, we’ll explain why and separate the immediate fix from any larger improvement.

When several compatible systems would benefit from one coordinated experience, Stonehall One may be the appropriate next step. It is an option—not a condition of service.

THE RIGHT KIND OF REQUEST

Property systems—not general electronics repair.

Stonehall Support focuses on connected technology installed in or operating across the property. We do not repair computers, phones, tablets, printers, appliances, or individual consumer electronics, and we do not provide malware removal, data recovery, password recovery, or emergency monitoring.

If a request falls outside our scope, we will say so before scheduling whenever possible.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we visit.

Can you service a system Stonehall did not install?

Yes. Existing and inherited systems are a central part of Stonehall Support. Access, equipment condition, manufacturer restrictions, and available documentation can affect what is possible, but they do not prevent us from beginning with an assessment.

Does a Stonehall Support Visit guarantee the issue will be fixed that day?

No. Many issues can be stabilized during the first visit, but some require parts, valid account access, manufacturer involvement, or additional work. The visit always produces a diagnosis or a clearer next step, even when same-visit resolution is not practical.

How do I choose between a Support Visit and a Property Technology Review?

Choose a Support Visit for one primary issue or a closely related group of symptoms. Choose a Property Technology Review for an inherited property, several systems, unclear ownership or documentation, or a broader repair-versus-upgrade decision. If you choose the wrong option, we will redirect the request before scheduling.

What should I prepare?

Brand names and model numbers are optional. Make sure an owner or authorized representative is available and that relevant apps, equipment areas, and network access can be reached during the appointment. Enter credentials yourself whenever practical, and never send passwords, alarm codes, Wi-Fi keys, or camera footage through the website.

Can Stonehall recommend replacement equipment or a larger improvement?

Yes, after the existing system has been understood. Any equipment, follow-up work, or Stonehall One proposal is explained separately and proceeds only with your approval.

Where is service available?

Stonehall serves Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and surrounding communities. We confirm availability from the service ZIP code before scheduling.

Is ongoing care available?

Ongoing care is available selectively after Stonehall has reviewed and documented the property. Ask about it during your visit or Property Technology Review.

THE OUTCOME

What should work
better?

Start in your own words. A sentence or two is plenty—we’ll ask for the useful context next.

Existing systems are welcome. You don’t need to know the technical details.
